Biography

I have 20 years of experience in IT area, and have done or collaborated with many important projects for the companies where I have worked with. I am a trainer of many IBM products official courses, and unofficial AWS courses, with a high rate from students, helping them to maintain their pace of learning through encouragement, active listening and assertive techniques that challenge them to keep pace with their professional goals.
